Cookie's 1st Birthday Puppy Party | Minneapolis French Bulldog Pink Party
I have a confession..Jordan told me two days before Cookie's birthday that my new total spent on Cookie's party was $471. Oops. Now I'd say that you could officially label me crazy smush face fanatic or any of the other precious labels reserved for those hopelessly obsessed with their canine counterparts. Yup, I'm totally that girl and not ashamed in the slightest.
I'd almost feel bad except it suddenly came to me a month prior to her party that this was not only Cookie's 1st birthday, but an epic photo op. And so the planning and crazy spending began. I usually keep myself pretty well in our budget, but I warned Jordan this might get a bit out of hand. He okayed it, because I thought maybe around $200...well that came and went about half a month into planning. Maybe I'll have it out of my system before I have children...
I love creative, crafty projects and so this was great fun for me! I packed up a little bag of treats for each dog, set out little dishes of treats and jellybeans. Let's be honest, most of the good stuff was for the dogs. But Jordan made a delicious chicken chili and Kristina brought puppy chow and fresh strawberry lemonade. Yum!
Candy totally thought this was her birthday. She kept hopping up on the stool and snarling at Cookie as she walked by...protector of all things tasty.

Cookie's cousin Lulu was only interested after the competition had left.

And can I just say how much I love Sweet Lulu? There website is nice, their products are awesome and reasonably priced, my package was at my house a few days after I ordered and adorably packaged as well.
